Packaging & Shipping

1. We have thick soft packaging inside the packaging. Avoid scratches during transportation.
2. The outside is a wood package with a thickness of 3CM (most other companies use 2CM wood).
3. We will nail the wooden boxes with iron plates according to the condition of the goods to ensure firmness.

Generally, normal-size sculptures take 30 to 45 days to complete, so if you need it urgently, please let our sales team know in advance. We will provide you with a better solution according to your situation.

Before your order is produced, we will reconfirm the design and requirements with you.

If a mold is required during the production of your order, we will send you dozens of high-resolution photos of the mold details. We will start production only after you confirm the model.
